headspace provides mental health support to young people aged 12 to 25 who are experiencing mental health concerns in the mild to moderate range.

At headspace, young people (aged 12 - 25) can:

• Get free and confidential support for their mental health
• Accesss non-judgemental information and support around drugs or alcohol
• Access a free GP (if you are registered with headspace)
• Get practical support around work and study issues
